Applying a blend of financial, operational and leadership development aptitude and passion for organizational and talent excellence, Michael has a proven track record delivering impactful and sustained results.

After a family global travel sabbatical Michael and his family relocated to his wife's hometown of Des Moines, Iowa, USA, in 2022.

Since 2019 Michael has been advising and consulting with companies in the USA, Australia, and India across diverse industries. Our clients operate in a diverse array of sectors including technology (artificial intelligence, virtual reality, hardware, applications), insurance, aerospace, business process outsourcing, agriculture, retail, and energy.

Andrew Taylor

Partner/Business Advisor

Born and raised in Seattle, prior to his 20+ years working in finance, Andy was in fact a brewer for a local brewery!

A Certified Public Accountant since 2004, including a decade with E&Y and PwC, Andy has worked extensively with alternative investment advisors, private equity, asset managers, real estate investors and family offices. As a leader trained in the nuts and bolts of financial accounting, he has primarily focused on providing finance, accounting and leadership expertise tor small and mid-sized organizations.

Managing change is Andy’s forte – he thrives on understanding and improving broken processes – whether they are people, technology, operations or finance related.

It is the family office, small and mid-sized business environments that Andy is most energized by – situations where he can work collaboratively with organizations to help them innovate and grow and where the leadership and teams are open to listening, learning and evolving. Here he can support in an advisory role or as a fractional CFO – helping to manage day to day finance functions, support with business planning, forecasting, banking relationships and the like.

Andy leads with a client perspective and value approach, building long term relationships through serving in the best interests of clients.
